Whew! On the lighter side.......................
Most of you know I only print photos of hurricanes, stolen property
and lost animals on the BPE but I couldn't pass up this photo taken
by Terry and Gary Marcer, owners of San Ignacio Springs, theYurts.
We stayed at their wonderful place recently,
http://www.ignaciosprings.com/. The photo was taken on May
19, 2010 between Puerto Escondido and Loreto as they returned from a
fishing trip. You many have to look at closely to realize the
ingenuity and guts of the panga guys. Enjoy and do check out Terry
and Gary's website. Cheryl and Dave

QUESTIONS
a. Does anyone know of a place where I could get Honda generators
(EU2000i and EU3000is) serviced in Baja Sur? Or am I better off
taking them back to the States? Thanks for any help!

b. Where can I find bamboo or sticks for a roof and posts to hold it
up?
We would like a roof the size of about 20' X 20'. My phone number is
624-125-7901 or email at
woodpeckervb@gmail.com
Thank you Bob Block
c. My Baja tree field guide says the Palo San Juans come into seed
in August and I would love to collect some [seeds] to start some
trees but unfortunately I'm stateside doing the work thing.
Would/could anyone be kind enough to collect some seeds for me so I
can start some of these gorgeous trees when I get down there this
fall/winter? I would be very appreciative and would also be willing
to toss a few coconuts your way for your trouble.

b. This is a subject of general interest. I have received the info
before, but it is one of those things that you seldom need, but
major when you do. I have been trying to contact AT&T's pension dept
for weeks. Too many old numbers, Email addresses that don't answer
letters that just disappear. This is one of the answers for Mexican
access prefixes to reach US "800" prefixes. Not toll free.
Subject: RE: toll free numbers
I got these out of the East Caper awhile back- don't know if they
will still work- worth a try
