Let's take a poll! If you drove through Constitución this year, 2010, send me an email  at bajaponyexpress3@gmail.com   On the subject line put:
Constitución NO: means I did drive through and did NOT get stopped.
Constitución YES: means I did drive through and YES, I was stopped.
If the answer is YES,  include: $0 means I paid no money or
$ (with the amount) means I paid someone something. Please, no sob stories.
Also, if you drove through 4 times this year, send me 4 separate emails.
No names or other info will be given out. As soon as I tally, all emails with be deleted.
Also, I received the email below this morning:
"Just a quick note.
We drove through Constitución north on Thursday had no trouble but we had read the warnings here and drove slow. Saw a few hungry looking cops but no one bothered us".

Looking for a good home for a wire haired terrier mix, black and white male. He was found in Spa a few months ago near death. He is healthy now, has had all his shots and has been fixed. He is 3- 4 years old, totally trained, good with kids, really a nice little dog. QUESTIONS

a. I am up in Mulege trying to buy a property. I want to use it for a Vacation Rental and everyone says I need to form a corporation. The total agreement ends there. Everyone I talk to says they are the ones that I should talk to. One guy wants to charge me 8 percent of the purchase price of my property to help me and that does not include fees from notarios and other agencies. No one has anything good to say about anyone else. So my questions are, what is the best way to form a corporation. Should I deal directly with a notario? My accountant wants to charge me $ 3,000 for the whole process including his fees and notario fees. That sounds good. Would I be better off dealing with the Mexican Consulate in Albuquerque where I live ? Or maybe I could do it in Juarez which is just a few hours away. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

c. My wife and I are thinking of taking the bus from the highway in front of the airport to Los Barriles on Wednesday afternoon.
