La Ribera is having their annual Bean Soup & Salad fundraising
dinner at La Trinidad Restaurant in La Ribera, on Wednesday, April

RECYCLING NEWS! East Cape
Recycling Baja presents our April Movie Night Under The Stars,
poolside next Tuesday, April 22. We are proud to present
"Philomena". Based on a powerful true story and led by note-perfect
performances from Judi Dench and Steve Coogan, Philomena offers the
profoundly affecting story of Philomena Lee's 50-year-long search
for her son. This film was nominated for 4 Oscars, including Best
Picture and Dench for Best Actress! Please note our later start time
of 7:45pm. As always, 100% of our proceeds supports community
recycling and educational efforts. We thank East Cape Cases & RV
Resort (entrance across from the Modelorama) who kindly donate their
beautiful poolside patio to host our events. Come place your
low-back chairs as early as 6pm in front of our "big screen". ERCB
will be offering our delicious theater-style popcorn (with real
butter and sea salt) as well as beer, wine and water for purchase.
If you bring your own cup, it will save one of ours from the recycle
bin! A $50 pesos (or more) donation goes directly to helping our
all-volunteer community efforts; We greatly appreciate your support
