Beginner to Intermediate Step Aerobics Fitness Fun
with a Certified Instructor coming to Buena Aries in mid November

fitness ball and some weights. I could not find steppers in Cabo
area so bring them with you went returning to Los Barriles for the
season. If you know of someone who can build them that will work too
at ......4.3 or ,6.3, or 8.3 inches in height and 43.6 inches long
by. 16.1 inches wide. Make that the bottom has an anti- slip as some
