ALMA Humanitaria will be holding
our first rummage sale of the season this Sunday, Nov. 23rd. 7:30
a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Hwy 1 storage units. If u have any items
that you would like to donate; please call Rosemary Owen at 624 12
18525 or Sheila Marshall at 624 13 77683 for pick up or drop off
time. Items can also be brought to the North Beach Vet Clinic on
Friday, between 10:30 a.m. and 2 p.m.
We will also accept donations after 9 a.m. on Saturday, Nov 22 at
the storage units. Please spread the word and come and help us
raise funds to continue our weekly spay/neuter program here in Los
Barriles and the surrounding areas.

Saturday Nov 22nd 9am to 3pm in Campamento neighborhood
We are still accepting donations of equipment, cookies or snacks and
money for the food. And of coWe will be having a volunteer meeting
on Friday, Nov 21st at 10am in Costa Brava space #35. We will
introduce our coaches and make assignments where each volunteer will
help.
We are looking for a great camp and hopefully can make this an
annual or even bi-annual event going to different communities in the

Tickets for Monte Carlo Night are
still on sale at Baja Beach Company and the office of Homes and Land
of Baja until Friday afternoon. Tickets that include dinner will not
be available at the door. However, after dinner general admission is
open to anyone who wishes to join us for Black Jack, Craps, Roulette
and a chance to win and bid on great raffle and auction prizes for
$30 USD or $400 Pesos. This includes gambling chips and a chance at
some awesome prizes like an Accurate Fury 400 2 speed fishing reel,
Lowrance Fish Finder/Chart Plotter/ GPS, a round of golf and lunch
for 2 with the One and Only Palmilla, 1 day fishing on the El Regalo,
Cultured Pearl and Blue Topaz earrings, Swarovski Crystal Beaded
Necklace set, beautiful hand made theme baskets, numerous local gift
certificates, and many other fabulous and various sundries from
around the world! The event is this Saturday, Nov 22nd and begins at
5:00 PM at Hotel Spa Buena Vista Beach Resort.
For all who volunteered, if you are on the early shift, please be
there by 4:45. Dealers, the early shift begins at 5:30 so please
arrive and check in by 5:00. The late shift for dealers will begin
at 7:30. We're looking forward to a great event. Hope you will join
us in our mission of keeping our local kids in school!
