gauntlet down...for the Los Barriles to Rancho Leonero Swim
Challenge. It is open to not only Dogs but SUPers, boaters or if
think you're in shape...swimmers "humans"! Lotto has been
doing a lot of CrossFit since last years swim; cow herding, rock
climbing, Quad Running and Duck Decoy Retrieving! Date to be
announced soon!

The Community of El Cardonal and Escuela
Telesecundaria No. 26 “Profr. Reyes Castro Cota” would like to thank
everyone who has helped make our 12th annual El Cardonal
Fishing Tournament such a success. The funds received from the
tournament and raffle will be used to purchase a school transport
(bus) and a small pick up truck for hauling trash at the school.

RECYCLE NEWS! Next Thursday, June 4, 2015, from 9-11
a.m. please bring your separated recycle materials to our recycling
center, located at East Cape Casas & RV Resort (entrance is across
from the Modelorama). For more complete directions and a list of

short of help this time of year!) to help us separate and stomp the
various materials. Bring a hat and gloves and a smile; One hour is
all we ask!! With enough help, we can get most of this done by 10,
before its too hot! We are an all VOLUNTEER organization and we
count on community support to continue our environmental &
educational mission. We process many TONS of recycles that do not
end up at the landfill. And please make a donation (we request $70p
per family) as we must transport our recycling materials to La Paz
for further processing and on to a new life!
