This week we lost one of our long time residents,
Spence Rauber.

Spence and Carlee first flew into Buena Vista in 1969 soon found
property in LB....build a small place on beach.. learned to windsurf
and began their Baja Adventure..
Spence loved his mechanics, and could fix anything and if it could
not be fixed he could Spencer ize it....He loved the mental
challenge of figuring things out... He so enjoyed helping others
with anything he could He was an avid reader and could converse on
most any subject .
He flew small planes for many many years and our greatest adventures
were exploring Mainland Mexico...and the Baja Peninsula....
It has been a fabulous life and have been so blessed with each and
every person we met....Each one of you have enriched our life in
some special way....
His passing was quick and peaceful in his own house with me and dear
friends by his side and the 3 dogs under the bed!! AND he was a
peace with his Maker. (Message was sent by Carlee)

Windows 10 will be release on 29 June. This upgrade
will be free for anyone who currently has Windows 7, 8 or 8.1
installed. I will install it first on a computer that I don't need!
As always with Mac OSX releases or Microsoft Windows releases, it
pays to be slow to adopt. One important item of note – Windows Media
Player will NOT be there! If you used Media Player to show media,
you will need an alternate program. Frankly, VLC Player is a better
bet. I use VLC Player on my Mac and PC. Here is the link:
