The Influenza B Virus is active in our community, many cases have
been diagnosed with blood titer at the clinic. The treatment options
vary from person to person but the main thing to remember is to be
vigilant about avoiding direct contact with anyone showing signs of
illness, cover your cough and of course frequent had washing. The
symptoms include fever, bronchial cough, muscle aches, eye
sensitivity and fatigue. The duration is anywhere from 2-4 weeks,
usually accompanied with respiratory infection and cough lasting
more than 4 week duration.
Please take care to avoid the spread, we have masks available in the
