HURRICANE JIMENA
a. I'm Ana Carranza from Loreto, after reading all the information
have been around about Loreto after Jimena, I would like to tell
everyone, we were very lucky just few damages ocurred here, the
people in Mulege and Cd. Constitucion were the ones with more
damages and Mulege people is most in need than anyone else.
We were out of electricity from wednesday morning till saturday
afternoon, and water from tuesday till sunday morning. A big power
plant is working for us while the CFE's work is done. We had telmex
phone (conventional phone) all the time, cell phone was gone for 3
days.

Road Report:
Just got off of the phone with Tom from Cabo. He told me he left So.
Cal on Wed. and arrived in San Lucas on Friday about 1 p.m. The
roads are passable but there are a lot of detours from Santa Rosalia
past Mulege about 30 miles. No problems with fuel but hotels are
nearly full. He said there were a lot of men working on the roads
with military and Federal Police around too. It took him about
another 5 to 6 hours more to make the trip.

Thanks to the person who researched the IRS issues. I have been
trying to decipher that portion of the IRS Attorney and Accountant
Full Employment act accompanying the form TD F 90-22.1 and have a
list of questions from this govt. publication.
1. Nowhere do I see anything about explanations. Is this like a hand
written explanation of
responses to form TD...?
2. Mailing address to receive COPIES of everything, where did this
come from?
Also form includes different IRS address in Utah for mailing.
3. Most of us will be revealing our checking acct and Fideicomiso
info and that is about it,
which amount to expenses not profits. Can I assume this means the
form is for tax year 2009 not 2008
and we are relieved of filing again in 1st 3 months 2010?
4. And finally is anyone headed North soon willing to drop my
envelope in the mail several days before deadline?
[It has to be routed for 2nd signature before on to IRS]
