BAJA HA HA GOLF TOURNAMENT.

BARB AND HARM LARUE PLAYING WITH MATT COREY AND KYLE LOWERY, PAST
CHAMPS STEVE FOWLER, AND DAVE STEPHENS PLAYING WITH JIM WHITE AND
JIM EGGINGS. ALSO AT 5 UNDER PAR WERE HARRY DIXON, JIM HALL, CAROL
DIXON AND DAVE FREEMAN. CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL AND THANKS TO

SAN ANTONIO ART FESTIVAL THIS SUNDAY 12/6/09
a. On my way back from La Paz today, I stopped in San Antonio. There
is a big banner at the Pemex and the square is full of pop-up sun
shades for booths. So my conclusion is there is an Art Fair Sunday.
Plus, thank you to the several people who wrote in confirming the
Festival. Cheryl
b. YES the Art Festival will be held this Sunday starting at 9am. We
have approximately 35-40 exhibitors including 9 separate food
booths. There will also be a horse race and a puppet show on the
only life size puppet stage in Baja.

c. YES! there is an Art Festival and show at San Antonio this
Sunday. There will also be a show and sale at Colina Del Sol on the
13Th. from 10 to 3; we are hoping to have Oscar the "Veggie Man"
there also. Hopefully, he will have copes of his recipe's to hand
out.

The Government has decided that anyone wishing to pay for right of
usage for the Federal Zone in front of their property must now pay
for general usage and not protection and ornamentation. This means
the annual fee will be three times that what you were paying and
really gain no benefits as it is still titled irregular usage. They
now have you between a rock and a hard place! My suggestion is in
order to protect your frontage you’ll have to obtain the outright
beach concession which is good for 15 years and can be obtained for
protection and ornamentation therefore your annual fee will be the
same as it’s been with the usage permit. The one drawback is the
concession will probably run between $3500.00 to $4500.00 dollars
depending on the Bank holding your fidei. This is of course a one
time payment and is good for 15 years although you DO have to make
the annual payments calculated on your frontage every year. If
you decide to go the way of the concession the I suggest you.

busy month planned for Dec. We hope you will be join in on some of
