SECURITY DISCUSSION

       a. I noticed in several of the previous BPE's that there is a LOS BARRILES SECURITY PARTOL. All of the information talks about LA Paz county and there has not been one word
mentioned abiyt the people who live in Buena Vista, which is in CABO COUNTY. There have been break ins here, too. Is it suggested that there should now be a BUENA VISTA
SECURITY PATROL and that there is NO need to join forces???There has been at least 5 break ins on our road of 12 homes during the past twelve years. It appears that there is a NEED in BV, too. Jim <stanbaja@yahoo.com>

       b. Hello everyone!
As promised by officials, there has been a significant increase in the number of municipal police officers in Los Barriles! We will continue with our efforts to make this a permanent commitment and also keep looking in to the placement of substations in strategic areas around the community. These efforts will take additional resources and we will be asking for further help from everyone. We thank those that have donated funds to help us in our quest to make Los Barriles a crime free area. For those that have not yet done so, please contribute. Thank you!

We have had rapid responses to our security issues from all officials at all levels we have met with and we are very appreciative of their efforts. Be sure to let them all know this when you see or talk to them! You should also continue practicing your security awareness.

Baja Dogs is a registered Mexican non-profit, and relies completely on private donations as we receive no government funding. Any donations of money, food, leashes, toys, crates and cleaning supplies are always welcome.
