WELLNESS CLUB FITNESS PROGRAM
Exercise Classes Beginning will be postpone to Tuesday, Sept. 1st.
Every Tues, Thurs and Fri 8-9am or 8-9pm
Program Presentation the day before Monday, Aug. 31st at 8am and 8pm
Some ladies called me or email me reporting they will be on vacation
until the end of August, and others that are in town show interest
but have not show up to sign up.
If you are committed to start my Fitness Program I need you sign up
in advance (fill a health and fitness status questionnaire and pay
first month $350 pesos) I'm available at my studio very morning from
mon-fri from 9 to 12 until July 31st and from August 17th to 28th 4
to 7pm, I need a minimum of 5 and max. 12 people per group.
Don't be shy or afraid to challenge yourself, is never too late to
change, You'll feel better and look better!

A wonderful dog lovin' local of Los Barriles has just adopted two,
yes, two, puppies from Dr. Jorge Bravo's clinic in San Jose.
Currently, she is in Colo. She needs assistance in getting them from
San Jose to Colo. on Frontier airlines. Of course, she will pay all
costs.
The puppies have shots, health certificates and a suitable crate.
All they need is someone to accompany them on the flight. You will
be met at the Denver airport by the owner.
Please, can you help in this? call Sheila P. at 141-0267. Warm,
fuzzy feelings and puppy kisses guaranteed!! Or perhaps you are
driving and would consider taking them with you. All options will be
considered.

Due to economic stresses here in the Los Barriles area, ALMA
Humanitaria, AC is getting calls from Mexican families who are
unable to feed there dogs and need to find new homes for them. No
doubt some will go to the local dump! Please help stop this from
happening!! This is a very cruel end for any dog. They will surely
die of starvation, dehydration and disease.
You can help! ALMA will be accepting bags of dog food to be
carefully distributed to needy families. By providing a large bag of
food these people will be able to keep their dogs. Please help keep
our community free of starving dogs. Sam's Club has the best price
on dog food. A very large 55lb bag is around $ 16.00 US. Next time
you are in Cabo or La Paz please add a bag to your cart to help
these animals. Costco and Soriana also have large bags at good
prices.

OSCAR CURRENTLY HAS A LIMITED AMOUNT OF VEGES BUT QUITE A LOT OF
HERBS.
AS HIS PRODUCTS NOW ARE MOSTLY HERBS, HE CAN'T SELL THEM DAILY AS
PEOPLE DON'T USE SO MUCH THAT THEY NEED TO BUY THEM DAILY. HE WILL
ALSO HAVE BABY LETTUCE, BUTTERNUT SQUASH SOME TOMATOES AND VARIOUS
OTHER ITEMS.
HE APOLOGIZES AND WILL ONLY BE ACROSS FROM CHAPITO'S ON MONDAYS AND
FRIDAYS AGAIN.
WE ARE TRYING TO SET UP SOME TYPE OF VEGE INVENTORY LIST OF THE
VEGES THAT HE WILL BE BRINGING AND I ASKED IF HIS OFFICE CAN SET UP
AN EMAIL LIST OF THE ITEMS HE'S BRINGING TO SEND TO HIS CUSTOMERS
POSSIBLY ON SATURDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS FOR HIS MONDAY AND FRIDAY SALES
AS WE DO NOT WANT TO BURDEN THE WONDERFUL SERVICES OF THE BPE.
I AM HOPING THAT HIS CUSTOMERS WILL BE PLEASED WITH THE EFFORT AND
CONTINUE TO SUPPORT HIM AS THESE ARE DIFFICULT TIMES FOR EVERYONE.

a. Lower Signal Levels on Dish Network's Main Satellite - We've
confirmed several reports of lower signal levels on Dish Network's
main TV satellite at 119°. This seemed to occur at the same time
that Dish Network changed their encryption format, shutting down
hundreds of thousands of pirated receivers in the process. The
reduced signal levels may be noticed on smaller dishes in the range
of 1.0 to 1.1 meters (from 40" to 44"), such as the older RCA and
DirecTV dishes. Some channels may not come in, especially during the
morning hours. Instead, the receiver will display an "Acquiring
Satellite Signal" message on these channels. Owners of larger dishes
1.2 meters and above may not have noticed any difference. A minimum
dish size of 1.5 meters (5') is now the minimum recommended size for
