Each Wednesday and Saturday there will be three levels of Yoga taught at our new Sukhasana Yoga Aula. Intermediate: 8am-9:30, Advanced Beginner: 9:45am-11:15, Beginner: 11:30am-12:45.

Thanks. Hope someone will do a little piece on the Cultural Center
event, yesterday. I think it was a great success. Carlos Estrada is surely
to be congratulated on donating the land and providing other gifts of kind..
Richard Kiy from the International Community Foundation was there.
It will certainly be a welcome addition to Los Barriles and an
opportunity for extranjeros to work with Nationals, especially children.
