Anne Barlee passed away Nov 9 after battling cancer. Anne ( of La
Capilla and then Buena Vista ) and her husband John spent the last
12 winters in Baja. Some will remember Anne and their golden
retriever Finnigan walking the beach every morning.
She was always baking something for someone, and would be quick to
step up to lend a hand. Anne was always anxious to return to Baja to
get that beautiful garden going. She had a green thumb.
Anne was a dear friend, and will be missed very much. She will be in
our hearts forever.
John will be returning next month.

Anyone who is thinking about getting emergency evacuation insurance
should get a copy of all their provisions. Some of them indicate
that they will only evacuate a patient if there are no local
facilities available to handle the situation and request a local
Doctors statement to that effect. With Amer-Med in Cabo who can
handle just about anything that happens it may be a problem getting

ALL Dealers, Vendors, Contributors who volunteered to make Monte
Carlo Night such a superb success. It was a highly entertaining
evening, great to see all of you laughing & enjoying yourselves.
Thanks to all of the Prize Donors which provided competitive & often
hilarious bidding wars! The Silent Auction was a grand success due
to the generosity of many businesses & Guild members. Thank you Spa
