There is a new Mexico Plan for cell phones on the AT&T network. Check out the website at ATT Wireless for details. Search the keywords "Viva Mexico". It allows calls to and from the US and Mexico via cell for airtime charges only. There are some details that you need to look at carefully such as calls from cell phone to cellphone in Mexico that are not included. Slight fee increase over what I pay now. The program can be dropped upon return to the US at the end of the season. Data not included!!! Iphone users be careful!!!

PROPERTY TAX DISCUSSION

a. All the notices about paying Taxes are for La Paz County. Those that live in Cabo County have to wait till January to pay taxes. We don't get a 30% discount, Cabo County starts at the gas station..You can pay online but have to wait till after January.

The 30% discount is only at Municipio of La Paz, ( from La Paz until Los Barriles), Buenavista & La Rbera belongs to the Municipy of Los Cabos, and they have different administration, here at Los Cabos we can not pay before January 2nd 2010, if we pay during January we get 20% off, during February 15% off and during March 10% off.

Would the two ladies who took the 2 bar stools off the beach in front of the northern most beach front house on Wednesday Nov 25th in Spa Buena Vista, please return them. It seems obvious that they belong to the house that they were in front of. I tried to catch you on your ATVs going up the arroyo but I could not keep up with you. This is my neighbor’s house and I am sure he would like them returned. No questions asked…please just do the right thing! Thanks, Mary

Tourist Visa's are available from the Mexican Consulate in San Diego. Website: http://portal.sre.gob.mx/sandiego/
We have FM 3's now. However during our last visit to the San Diego Consulate, we were able to get a multiple entry Tourist Visa valid for 6 months. Still have to stop at a Mexican Bank to pay the fees but you don't have to return to the Consulate for a second stamp.
