TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE EXTEND ALONG THE COAST OF MEXICO FROM NEAR
LAZARO CARDENAS TO JUST WEST OF THE GULF OF TEHUANTEPEC AND
SOUTHWARD FOR SEVERAL HUNDRED MILES. SOME SLOW DEVELOPMENT OF THIS
SYSTEM IS POSSIBLE OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS. THERE IS A LOW
CHANCE...LESS THAN 30 PERCENT...OF TROPICAL CYCLONE FORMATION IN

When driving to the San Jose airport make sure you have all your
vehicle papers, registration, license, insurance papers as there is
a new scam out there. We were luckie, we had everything but I know
of 5 other people who have been checked there as well in the last
three weeks and of course it's $100. US on the spot if you don't
want to bother with going to the police station!!!!!!!!!!

We just paid a Fidio for a friend at HSBC in Cabo. We started at the
old
location near Cape Marine and found they had moved that branch to
Plaza
Bonita. The new branch at Plaza Bonita does not have the Fidio
Office,
that we found had been moved to the new Walmart Plaza. Good news is
that
they have lots of parking, easy access, its right between Sam's Club
and
Walmart and they added a helper for Brenda in the office so its
faster
too...The roads in Cabo are still impossible and the road project
will

I used my B of A debit card at one of our local banks ATM to get
5000 pesos.
My B of A account was debited $385.21. That’s an exchange rate of
12.98.
I looked on the internet and the exchange rate that day was 13.35
I was also charged a “non bank ATM fee” of $5.00 and a Banamex ATM
withdrawal fee of $3.85.
That brought the exchange rate down to 12.69.

San Jose del Cabo Mercado Orgánico
Our market will open the 2009-2010 season on November 7th at Huerta
Maria on the Las Animas road across from the Jockey Club, just
minutes from downtown San Jose. The market will be open every
Saturday from 9am to 3pm until May 29th. To view a map with fast

We expect to have a great opening with lots of produce; the growers
currently have crops in the ground and are optimistic for a
bountiful growing season. We anticipate over 50 vendors
participating on opening day.
