Sadly, Fagan Kellebrew passed away August 28th. He and Ruth stared
coming to Los Barriles in 1984.

HURRICANE JIMENA
a. started this am in
Guerro Negro at 6:30 with a little fog. We bought propane at the
place before Santa Rosalia with no problem. The roads are clear and
filled in threw Santa Rosalia without problems and there is at least
one pump working at every pemex.
Except for the few vados that mostly have been filled in the road is
very passable, they even filled in the bridge nicely.
Mulege; is washed up, there is allot of damage by the rio mulege as
has been shown but until you see it, it's bad for the people.
the pemex after mulege is open and the roads past to loreto are
good.
We reached Loreto by 1:00 pm without hazzards. Trucks and buses are
running on schedule.
Loreto's Lulu says it rained for 32 hours, mucho lluvia but not much
damage that can't or hasn't already beened clear.
Except for the obvious damage in Mulege there is no problems on the
roads.

b. Got to LB about
an hour ago. As of 9/12 Road is wide open all the way. No water on
road, no missing pavement, no by passes. Lots of gas everywhere. Got
stopped south of Santa Rosalia going 127 KPH. Federale officer said
120 KPH is OK..... paid 500 pesos and resumed trip at 121 KPH.

Form TD F 90-22.1 is due June 30 of each each, I assume filing it
now by 9-23-09 is under the Voluntary Disclosure due date. If this
form is really required you would have to file again by 6-30-2010.

Voluntary Disclosure: Questions and Answers. This gives mailing
addresses,see A9, different tel 215-516-4777, see A5. Briefly I see
no clear instructions for explanations. I doubt that Form TD F
90-22.1 is really required, as is for bank and financial accounts, a
fideocomiso is a trust as I understand it, perhaps Forms 3520 or
3520-A is required. (name withheld)

REAL ESTATE - Repeats in TWO weeks
This year I am looking for a beachfront house to rent for one or two
weeks in late January and/or early February. Looking for a place as
close as possible to Casa Baker which is right near the lean-to on
the beach where a lot of kiters launch. Casa Baker is perfect except
that it doesn't accommodate two families with two kids each. Can you
point me to someone with a property like that who doesn’t work
through a rental agency? Last year we stayed at Michelle Melehes'
house next to Tessa's. It was a great house but a little too far
from the downtown and kite launching areas. Also, we are most likely
coming down with another family and their two kids this year. Any
suggestions?
