I understand there was a bit of a mixup in the recycle
drop-off times last week and the time the truck leaves for
San Jose. Sorry for any confusion!! The original drop-off
times are still in effect. First Thursday of each month,
Drop off prepared recycle items to East Cape RV Resort,
9:30am to 11:30am. The truck will be loaded and leave at
NOON. As our program grows, please have your items separated
and there by 11:30. We LOVE that you are participating!

I just received this from the Baja Biscuit who will be
serving food at the Colina del Sol Art Show Sunday December
12 from 9am till 3pm. Check out the bulk Italian sausage
they will also sell. Traditional Mexican food by Lupe will
also be served!!
We are planning on serving our BBQ pork, and our Italian
sausage sandwiches, both come with creamy coleslaw. For
breakfast we have hot coffee, and wonderful apple fritter
and cinnamon rolls. Also we serve a breakfast skillet, which
is potatoes, scrambled eggs, served with sausage gravy over
it.
