ATTENTION YOGA STUDENTS: all three yoga classes are cancelled for
Saturday Feb. 27th. Jackie will be in Todos Santos for a meditation
retreat, and her substitute, June has an injury and isn't able to

Don’t know if this will work..but, there is road work being done by
the new Pemex and I asked the “grader” how much he would charge to
grade the 2 arroyos north or Los Barriles on the road to Cardonal.
He will do both with watering the base for $600.00 US. He will be
here only for 3 days. So, I am willing to record and collect
contributions of all persons who frequently use the road to see if
we can get it done. If we can get 30 people @ $20.00 each or 60
people @ $10 each we’re done. I will record and administer the
contributions which can be dropped at my house “Casa EL Sea” on
Elephant Tree, about 500 mtrs in from the paved road on the right
side. Let’s see if we can get it done. You can email me at

have an obligation to file Forms 3520 and 3520A for each tax year.
The form 3520A which is filed each year is due 3/15/10 but can be
extended. Filing the forms late or not filing them at all can result
in very stiff penalties up to 15% of the value of the property per
year. However, if you attach a late filing excuse the IRS will often
not impose the penalty. This form does not result in taxes, but is a
reporting form and your only monetary exposure is not filing the
