ROAD CONDITIONS DUE TO RESENT RAIN STORMS

due to a bridge washout at San Vicente. Have been here since
Thursday.
Heavy rain again yesterday and it is still raining this morning. It

south of Ensenada. The Feds told us it would be about 3 to 4 days.

As a compliment to the ongoing Fridays 3 PM silent sitting
meditations, there will be a 1 hour Yoga Nidra meditation on Monday
February 1st from 5:30 - 6:30 PM at Sukhasana Yoga Aula (the new
yoga-pilates studio next to the Prisa Paint store). Yoga Nidra is
referred to as "sleep of the yogis" and is a guided meditation for
deep relaxation practiced while lying down. Bring a blanket or two,
a pillow, and comfortable clothes. Its free and if you have any
questions feel free to contact me.

I have a choice of San Francisco or New York feeds. I can only get
one of them (before June of last year you could get both -- some
stupid law). I need to make a choice.

Perhaps the great folks who read/contribute to the Baja Pony Express
could weigh in with a comment or two? Has anyone had any dental work
done by Dr. Rosy Pena of Angel's Touch Dental Clinic in San Jose del
Cabo? We've all heard the warnings from our dentists back in the
Motherland: outdated practices, infection, inferior tools, yada,
yada.
However, my dentist does have country club fees and Porsche payments
to make, so there might be a little bit of bias there.
Anyway, I've got an estimate for some major dental work and it's
about
1/3 of what I've been quoted back in the land of ice and snow. So,
if anyone has had personal experience with this clinic I'd be very
grateful if you could share your thoughts with me. Muchas gracias!
