It is with a heavy heart that I let the people of Los Barriles know that Marylou Hobbs passed away suddenly on March 16th. Our hearts go out to Gary, Steve and Teri. I am so very sad to have lost such a good friend. If any of you would like to send a message to Gary or write something about Marylou, please email me and I will put them in a folder for Gary and the family. Bajarhino@yahoo.com.

Tonight, the school is organizing a dinner to raise funds for building a new floor at the school. tickets cost a 100 clams and you can buy them with Carina at her taco stand next to Shop Iguanas ,or with Dennis in Town !the food is going to be really good starting at 6.30 pm

BAJA HA HA GOLF AND BBQ SPRING 2010
THANKS TO ALL OF YOU WHO SUPPORTED EAST CAPE STUDENTS BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS EVENT AND TO THOSE WHO GAVE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY TO MAKING THE SPRING GOLF TOURNAMENT AND BBQ A SUCCESS.

THE WEATHER SETTLED DOWN IN TIME FOR A DELIGHTFUL DAY AGAIN THIS SPRING.
WE HAD A SELL OUT CROWD FOR BOTH THE GOLF AND BBQ WITH 120 TICKETS SOLD AND 72 GOLFERS.

THE TOURNAMENT WINNERS ARE THE TEAM OF DOUG STEERE, DAVE STEVENS, STEVE FOWLER, AND STEVIE STEVENS FROM THE DESERT COURSE WHO WON IN THE PLAY OFF OF NEAREST TO THE PIN BESTING THE OCEAN TEAM WINNERS OF TONY CROUSE, HARRY DIXON, TOM DIXON, AND CAROL DIXON FOR THE CHAMPIONSHIP.

WE HOPE EVERYONE ENJOYED THE DAY AND WILL WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN MORE EAST CAPE GUILD EVENTS.
