reopening Nov. 15. So, what options are available and
recommended for batteries and what sources are available?
Thanks,

b. Unreal - it’s been like none other - an unprecedented
sail fish bite has lit up the Sea of Cortez the past few
weeks, resetting the record books of our East Cape fleet and
pleasing fishing guests beyond their dreams. This plethora
of ravenous sails has been overdosing on candy coated bait
fish offshore and often around the shark buoys - they must
think its dessert all day long! At Awesome Sportfishing, we
topped the chart yesterday and set a new record – our
‘Awesome’ with Captain Luis from Café Maria’s fame caught 10
sailfish and added a striped marlin to the mix; ‘Too
Awesome’ with Captain Adan (of the Adonis fame:) caught 6
sailfish and 3 marlin, including two blues. Twenty billfish
in one day – in any waters of the world, that’s an off the
chart catch and now we have a new record. Thankfully, ALL
billfish were released and holds up our 19 out of 20 release
ratio we’ve maintained for the past four years as we strive
to preserve billfish. To add something to the dinner table,
6 dorado found their way on board including one over 40
pounds, so there’s some bragging rights on the billfish but
also some delicious dorado on the bar-b. Our motto for this
year is, ‘The Sea of Cortez, Get on it!’ If you’d like to
‘get on it’, and get on some fish, we’d be delighted to have
you on board with Baja’s Awesome Sportfishing. 14-10231,
