Up to the minute, on-site weather from Los Barriles @NOON 9-28-10:                                                  temp. reads 88 and 69 humidity. Rained yesterday.

Note:  The season is picking up so it's time to "tighten up the reins" a bit.
I contend that the success of the BPE is because every day it's
fresh, new and easy to read. Hence, motto
#2=KISSS=KeepItShortSweetSimple. Now, if your info needs details and
explaining then go for it but on the whole, I would appreciate
statements that are to the best of you knowledge, factual and first-
hand info, which brings me to motto#1=Straight from the horses
mouth...No jokes, no rumors, no opinions, no venting and no whining.
Just the facts for us who live and play in Baja. When you send me a
notice, all I do is copy and paste so be sure ALL info is in the body
of the email. Do not use the subject line as a part of your notice
but do make your subject line friendly to my eyes. And as I have said
so many times, the reason that the BPE works is because everyone
participates one way or another sooner or later. Thank you all.
Cheryl

QUESTIONS

a. Could someone clarify the laws in Mexico regarding quads on the
beach. We will be arriving in November, and are receiving conflicting
information from various BLOGS. Our Quad is licensed in Arizona,
which makes it road legal. We have been told if you wear a "helmet"
in Mexico it is legal to drive it anywhere, including the beach.
Other information says the law does NOT permit quads in any way shape
or form to drive on the beach. Thanks for clarification. Joy & Karl
Schneider
