A friend will be renewing his FM3 CARD for the second year.
He is having an individual who works for an accounting
office do this for him. She told him that he would have to
be present to do this. He can sign up on line and get his
number and then someone can take the application to the
immigration office. Once it is approved, the holder MUST be
present to provide a NEW picture and have the fingerprints,
again. He was told this could take 7 to 10 days, or longer.
It appears, at the present time, ALL holders of the FM 3
and FM2 must have new pictures and fingerprints EVERY year
it needs to be renewed. Unsigned

We just learned that the ferry from La Paz to Topolobampo
leaves La Paz at 2 pm and there is no ferry on Saturday. All
brochures and the web site indicate a leaving time of 3 pm
with daily ferry service. You can call 612 125-7443 or

tried calling a few times and they eventually called me
back.
