morning to join the Rotary at Work Day project of painting
the topes and cleaning the fountain area. Many thanks to

Do you have a sewing machine you'd like to donate to the
Cultural Center in San Antonio? They are making bags and
clothes from natural herbs in their area and have only one
working machine. People are lining up to use the one they
have! Also, for the next 2 weeks, they have an exposition
of these manta (manta is muslin cloth) dying projects plus
other projects. Come see what they're doing. It's a
great day's excursion!

Just a note here. If you have not tried Charlie's
Chocolates yet......you do NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE MISSING.
They are soooooo creamy and wonderful. We bought a bag of
them last night after dinner and had some when we got home
and I was flabbergasted. They are WAY better than See's.
And just a note......let them warm up to room temperature
and you will think you "died and went to heaven".

Saturn. The only planet visible in the evening is Saturn,
and it is in good position to view its rings with binoculars
or telescope. It rises around 6:45pm and is high in the
eastern sky by 9pm. Beginning Saturday evening, with a
double pass, the International Space station will cross a
portion of the sky each evening, Saturday through Tuesday

on my property in Loreto in case you are looking for an
extended vacation. My house is on a nice secluded lot with
lots of trees. 2 adults may use the trailer rent free. I
