Edition - Blood needed and good news Char update

URGENT REQUEST FOR BLOOD
James McDivitt my neighbor here on Looney Loop is in serious
trouble. He's is having internal bleeding and needs blood tomorrow
or Tuesday.
He is O-negative but the doctor has stated that any type of blood
will be OK to replace the bank.
I am leaving Los Barriles at 9am with one qualified donor and I have
room in the car for 4 more people. We will be going to the Santa
Josefina Blood Bank in Cabo. Phone 624-105-0354
We will also make a Costco stop.

or any other questions.
Call the blood bank and make an appointment if you're going on your
own.
If you go by yourself, please let me know so I can inform James and
Pricilla.

Below are the qualifications:
1. Must bring ID
2. Wear long pants
3. 18 – 65, minimum weight 110#
4. 45 days or more since last donation
5. No alcohol or medication last 48 hrs.
6. No cavities and no dental work in the past 6 months
7. Up to 3 mos. Pregnant, no breast feeding, no menstruation.
8. Slept 6 consecutive hours
9. No high blood pressure 140/90 or above
10. No Diabetes or HIV
11. No recent Vaccines

Char Update
Char has been moved from the intensive care unit to a regular
hospital room. Her condition has been upgraded to stable. All the
prayers and good wishes from this wonderful community have been
heard. I am including Char's hospital address and her personal
address with her approval for the residents who are not here in
Baja. I still have room in the package I am sending to her on
Thursday if anyone would like to include something. If you do,
please drop it off at AmeriMed by Wednesday afternoon. At this time
she is still unable to access the internet. Bonnie
