The big wheels of the Municipal Water Co. in La Paz will be
at the cancha in Los Barriles this Thursday to explain the
new equipment and modernization of our present decrepit
water system. Among topics presented will be a new pumping
station north for the Agua de la Costa region, renewal of
town system and hopefully they’ll have news regarding the
new but unused sewer system. All are invited to attend
Thursday, May 26 at 5:00PM in the multi sports center (cancha)
downtown. These are all approved renovations to be installed
shortly so a large turnout is expected. Hope to see you all
there.

QUESTIONS
a. Question? We stay in Mexico for about 8 months a year -
so we have an FM3. We have recently heard that now you can
come to Mexico on a 180 day tourist visa and then have the
180 day tourist visa renewed for an additional 180 days. We
have talked to several officials and have received
conflicting views about extending/renewing the 180 day visa.
Has anyone out there had their 180 day tourist visa renewed
for some additional months? If so, please email or call us

recently called the Fish Market. There was a lot of
confusion with that name so I have returned to the name
Barrillito which it was called for 8 years. These changes
have encouraged me to make several improvements. I changed
the kitchen staff and I have returned as head chef. There
are exciting changes on the menu as well as our favorite
dishes or special offerings designed just for you. As
always, we use only the freshest products, and offer special
