The Roku Box is my favorite TV add-on device in the US. We watch
Netflix and Amazon prime movies on the box. Basically it's a little
computer that receives internet programming for display on your TV
through HDMI, Component, etc connections. The type of connections
may vary from model to model of the Roku. The older models are
designed for older TV's. The Roku Box acquires the internet signal
either through Ethernet or Wifi connections. The new boxes are very
fast and can display near high def - the display resolution will
depend on the available bandwidth from your Internet Service
Provider. In addition to Netflix and Amazon, there are a large
number of other channels available including stuff for the "Computer
