If you have been avoiding Kelly's exercise class because you have
heard it is too hard, give it a try. Kelly has taken pity on us and
cut back on some of the harder exercises. She can also give you
alternatives for exercises that you are not ready for or if you have
any physical issues. Tuesday and Friday at 8:00 in the palapa next
to the primary school. A great workout...all you need is a mat or

that is available here in Cabo, or LaPaz? We are also looking for 12
