Anywhere in the world we all know how difficult
it is to find a person who is responsible, honest, good worker who
does it right the first time and, who does an honest day of work
every day even though he is not been supervised. In 22 years I have
been here I never found one until 6 months ago. Felipe, born in
Guerrero, good mason and very good worker in different areas of
construction, he can read plans and knows construction very well. I

Thanks so very much to all of the friends of ALMA HUMANITARIA
who made our fishing tournament a huge success this past weekend,
despite the wind and schedule changes. This organization does not
exist without your support and generosity, but we never take that
support for granted. Thanks again to all of the anglers who braved
the wind and weather this weekend. We also definitely appreciate the
over 110 banquet and silent auction attendees last night who enjoyed
the great food and ambiance created by the Hotel Buena Vista Beach

Pilates in the afternoon! Beginning and Intermediate
Pilates mat classes will start on November 7th at the Sukhasana Yoga
& Pilates Studio in Los Barriles. (near Highway one and the bus
station on the upper road that the Deligation is on)
Classes are as follows:
Monday4:00 – 4:50 p.m. – Pilates Intro –Don’t expect an arduous
workout but do expect to learn how to make your Pilates mat practice
more effective and efficient from this class.
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 5:00-6:00 p.m. –
Beginning/Intermediate mat Pilates.
Please bring your own mat if possible; flex bands and fitness
