Verizon did not work in
LaVentana last year and assume the same for this year. ATT does, and
I suggest a pay as you go phone from them good rats while down here
and you can add minutes online, I bought mine in USA at radio shack

The Greater Roadrunner is fairly common
in the East Cape area. His range is from Central America to
southwest US. He is about two feet long, half of which is the tail.
A ground dwelling bird he seldom flies, but when he does, the wing
beats are short, fast and noisy. He eats rodents, snakes and
lizards. He displays a multi-colored (red, white and blue) eye patch
and will raise a ragged crest when alarmed . Normally the colors and
crest are hidden. His call is a series of five or six low 'coos'
followed by what sounds like a cat purring. He is bold and tame,
often entering residential gardens on his hunting expeditions.
