Thursday December 6th will be our next and last meeting
for those wishing to volunteer. If you want to
just learn about this exciting event or want to
volunteer join us at 4pm to hear about this
community event. We will be taking sign-ups for
specific jobs during the event.
Immediately following the general meeting our Race
Director Wylie will hold an additional meeting
with all of his team members to coordinate the
race activities. If you are part of the race
committee (starters, finishers, timers) and have
not been to the general meeting please plan on
attending both, but if you have already attended
the general meeting then you will only need to
attend the second meeting(approximate start
time 5pm).
