This years Holiday Art Festival should once again be a lot of
fun. We have a variety of painters, soy candles, hand painted
glasses, wood art, pottery, handmade soaps, scrubs and creams,
glass art, hand knit sweaters and scarves, jams, bird books and
calendars, Christmas pinatas, fish prints, folk art, jewelry and
much more.
I am one of the Jewelry artists so come by and say hello and
check out my latest jewelry designs. I use sterling silver,
semi-precious stones, pearls, and handmade lamp worked beads
that I collect from all over the world. Most of my pieces
are one of a kind and a lot of love goes into making them.
So come to the fair! Eat, drink, pick up a few gifts and
have a great day and maybe even win the holiday gift basket
with your free raffle ticket.

b. Does anyone have the current phone
number to call for police assistance in Los Barriles? We tried to
call them last week and all of the numbers we had from about three
years ago did not answer. We then dialed 066 got an emergency
operator and by the time we started to explain the problem, we found
out they were not needed. Not sure if they send police to local
areas or not. Be nice to have one for a prowler or to report a
crime. Guess it pays to try out the numbers every few years to see
if they are current.

I'm putting together a selection of work to show at the Colima del
Sol Art Festival this sunday. I enjoyed the show last year so
much... The setting is awesome and the people organizing are so laid
back and agreeable that it made showing my work a real pleasure.
