Thanks to everyone for
helping the kids from the High School of Santiago. Special
thanks to East Cape R.V. Resort, they gave the rest of the money
that we needed to for the tires. We have all the money
together, $10400 pesos and we have ordered the tires. The bus
will have new shoes next week. Thank you very much and
we appreciate all you help.
We would like to thank
all those folks who attended Smokey’s4th Annual Super Bowl Bash! We
really appreciate your patronage. Also, a very special thanks
to those folks who donated to the cause of the little boy who needed
to get to Tijuana and San Diego in an effort to save his vision. We
made one announcement and made the first $100 donation and in a
matter of minutes about $800 was raised. The names of the generous
are too numerous to mention here but I would like to make special
mention of Don and Janet Berry of “Bite Me Sportfishing” out of
Palmas de Cortes who won the final Vizio TV. Within seconds of my
announcing their names, the Berry’s opted for the cash value ($300)
of the TV and requested that it be donated to the cause. So again,
thanks so much.
