CAPE RECYCLING BAJA has adopted the hopeful theme to 'Imagine a

enthusiasm of this community our imagining may just come true. See
you at the recycling center located at East Cape Casas & RV Resort
on the first Tuesday of the month from 9:30 - 11:30 am with the lids
removed from your squished plastics, your aluminum stomped to
submission, your cardboard laid flat and we'll keep it moving, away
from the landfill and recycle it into its next usable life.
Hey neighbors, I've been getting a question about
my free talk next Wednesday: The New Science of Fat and Your Brain.
I thought I'd better answer it in case there's any confusion. The
talk is about the science of brain/mind and physical factors, but I
will be teaching techniques for dealing with some of the challenges
we face. I have been struggling with this issue all my life and know
personally how hard it is to lose weight and how unrealistic
programs and goals breed despair. So, yes, there is some light at
the end of the tunnel. :-)
