3:00-7:00pm Registration and distribution of Team Bags at the Hotel Buena Vista.
6:00-7:00pm Angler, Captain & Deckhand Meeting at Pool Deck. One team member must attend.
7:00-9:00pm Kick-Off Cocktail Party.

     WEDNESDAY/THURSDAY/FRIDAY JULY 25-27 FISHING DAYS
7:00am Shotgun Start.
7:00am-4:00pm Tournament Fishing; lines must be out of the water by 4:00pm.
7:00am-7:00pm Weigh Station is open on the beach in front of the Hotel Buena Vista.

     SATURDAY JULY 28 AWARDS CELEBRATION
7:00-9:30pm Awards Celebration on the beach in front of the Hotel Buena Vista.

This note is for all of my clients that have Banorte, Interacciones or HSBC(Netzer) as their Title Trust holder and pay the Fideicomiso through my office to them. They use an automated system sending out payment notices to all clients with no regard to their data base which shows if the client is current or not. In fact they send notices to clients that have sold their property and no longer have any obligations with them.They get away with this by including at the end of the letter a short note saying you should disregard this notice if fidei has already been paid. This method saves them much time but has created a huge headache for my office having to confirm a payment that has already been made. All fideis registered with my office will be and have been paid on time if funds are available and I ask you to kindly disregard these notices. During the summer months I hope to contact you all personally but in the mean time I am using Cheryl's wonderful message board. Thank you.

A big round of applause for the 6 fantastic vets who worked so hard all day Saturday to make our spay/neuter clinic a great success! Also, to all of our volunteers: Javier and his wife Isabel who worked 2 days on set up and clean up. Kathy O., Betty B., Lynda W., Torrance E. and his daughter Jennifer, Beto and his 2 sons, Joanna R., Julia, Sheila P., Doreen B., Carole B., Sandy and Jim H., Pam and Blake, and Kathinka R. - all of whom either worked the clinic or transported animals in from outlying areas. We appreciate all of you in the community who donated your cages for the day. Not to be forgotten - Margarita S. and Veronica B. - our Mexican liasons in Campamento and El Cardonal respectively; who work tirelessly to educate their local communities and make sure the animals are sterilized. Because of all these people we sterilized a record 74 dogs and cats!! Thank you all - it truly takes a village!!

United has joined the list of airlines who DO allow pets in the cabin as of July 3rd per the group from Puerto Vallarta. Would love to hear from people coming back into Mexico to see if the new documentation requirements are being followed on both land and air arrivals.
