Crossroads Country Club presents Memo Cuepa
Saturday June 9 singing pop rock top 40 hits that will get you up

containing my MUCH NEEDED, prescription pain meds down with them, I
will be forever in their debt AND, I'll reward with a 20 piece

AMERIMED!! AMERIMED!! THANK YOU
It was not until I recently experienced a medical emergency that I
realized how fortunate
all of us who reside or visit this area truly are.
On a Saturday, after landing from a flight from the U.S. to La Paz,
I required immediate
medical attention. After considering my options, I called Char
Wenger at our local AmeriMed
Medical Clinic in Los Barriles. Char met me at the clinic and
directed me to the emergency
room at the AmeriMed Medical Clinic in Cabo San Jose. After several
hours of treatment,
my emergency was reduced to watchful care.
Now, after several weeks of recuperation, I am getting close to
100%. If it were not for
our local angel, Char Wenger, and the staff at AmeriMed, I would
have been in real trouble.
What did I learn from this experience? We are fortunate to have
AmeriMed as what I now
consider the "first" option for medical care. Costs? You are going
to love this. All the horror
story's we hear about exorbitant cost do not apply to AmeriMed. I
had many, many hours of
care by several doctors, nurses, along with medications, etc, etc.
What I feared would be
costs in the thousands of dollars only cost me a few hundred
dollars. No insurance claims,
just a few hundred dollars out of pocket.
My suggestion would be to visit our local AmeriMed Medical Clinic
and pick up a brochure
which details what is available, along with emergency numbers. Char
has several supplemental
health care plans available also. While you are there, give a
nominal donation to the Clinic and
you will get a nifty AmeriMed tee shirt too. Once again, thank
you Char and Amerimed.
