zzThe East Cape Guild wants to thank Bob Farmer and the musicians from Roadrunner Open Mic Night for a wonderful season of amazing entertainment. And we especially want to thank them for embracing the cause of sending local students through high school by donating their "tip jar" money to the Guild's scholarship fund. Thanks to the generosity of the musicians and their appreciative audience, many of whom were there and contributing week after week, 20 students will receive a year's worth of tuition and transportation through Guild scholarships. What a great community we live in!

Re the G20 corrections, thank you for creating and printing the changes per Julio Camarena's interview. However, this line is incorrect:
"This means that the popular snorkeling spots like Santa Maria, Chileno Bay & surf spots like El Tule, Acapulquito, the Rock & Zippers will not be accessible from the 15th until the 20th."
Lic. Camarena clearly stated in the interview that beach restrictions only apply to the official host hotels and Barcelo/El Grand Faro. Lic. C said that the above beaches/surf spots and Medano Beach will not be affected and that all other beaches will be open unless they are at a host resort.
