Big blues festival in La Paz: “The City of Peace
Blues Festival” is Sunday, March 4, starting 6 p.m. on the dock of
the Muelle Fiscal in the centre of La Paz. Tickets are 100 pesos
(general admission) and 200 pesos (VIP), with a portion of proceeds
benefiting Centro Mujeres. There will be bands from California,

Please be wary and do not talk to any tech support agents who cold
call you with a proposition to fix your PC remotely. There have been
many upset victims who have had their credit cards charged for
hundreds of dollars. These fake PC technicians will call users via
telephone or Skype and ask to do a remote access to your PC to
diagnose any problems by looking for malware. These tricksters may
use (usually free) software to clean your PC and then will try to
up-sell you to a yearly tech support plan. Here is a YouTube video
