The Centro Cultural de San Antonio is a gathering
place for the benefit of the women, men and children of the
community. Many groups gather to learn and create products to sell
which they continue to do in their homes. The Centro Cultural has
been possible by donations. Presently, we are looking for material,
thread, zippers, beads or what ever you can spare. We would be most
grateful. Please drop your items off at the Centro or bring them to
our table at the El Triunfo Arts Festival THIS SUNDAY, or at the Los
Barriles Art Show later this month. For more information please

a. Has anybody in Pony Land successfully made bird suet that does not melt? I have run out of store bought suet cakes from the US and have started trying to make my own. Melting is the issue I am facing now. Tried Manteca de Cerdo and it liquefied and then rehardened in the freezer just fine, BUT in about an hour after hanging from a tree it starts the downward melt, not acceptable.
