I have been meaning to write you but until today the schedule was
not affirmed. For today if you could please announce for tomorrow,
Palm Sunday, procession
begins at the new park 7:30AM for the 8:00AM Mass and the
10:00AM will begin outside the Church. I'll give you the schedule
for Easter week later today or tomorrow and thank you for reminding
me. God Bless.

The aquatic park in Caduano is open and beautiful
as ever. I spoke with the owner, he plans to be open every day for
the next two weeks then return to the Spring Schedule of Friday,
Saturday and Sunday. Their hours are 10am to 6pm. The Snack Shack
served great food at the usual attractive pricing. There were 7 cars
in the parking lot when we arrived at 11:00am. There is a newer pool
to the east side of the grounds that provides a peaceful atmosphere.
The slides are well managed and safe. The web site url is:

Yes, I did exit my man cave today, the light was blinding at first.
A great day in the fresh air!

The El Triunfo Paint Project wants to thank those
who have participated so far ! Janis and Cal, Sandy, Noel and
Connie, Paul and others ... please know your efforts are greatly
appreciated. For example ... I distributed 2 gallons of beige paint
this morning to Amelia so she could paint her son Herman's room and
her kitchen that has no running water. Herman is 100% disabled with
cerebral palsy and for 34 years has been under 24 hour care by
Amelia. She could never afford it otherwise. Contact Link at 624 -
1824068 or email ...
cabolink@yahoo.com ... or drop paint donations at the Baja
Properties Office in Los Barriles ... or I will come to your place
and pick it up.
===========================================
All Pilates in the Afternoon classes at the Yoga
and Pilates Studio are cancelled for the season. Muchas gracias to
all participants! It has been enjoyable. Let's do it again next
season! Any cards that still have class credits on them will be
carried forward for next season. See you in November! Anne Herschleb;

Re: filing U.S. tax forms 3520, 3520A and 8398. I received TONS of
responses from you all and the tally was 50/50 re: who files and who
doesn't. Among CPA's I contacted, the vote was 80/20 to do it--but
they all agreed that it was "silly". The change for 2011, I think,
is that the form instructions actually say "fidiecomiso". They WANT
disclosure of our homes and understand that most of us own them via
a fide with ourselves as the beneficiaries. And they want the info
even if we have no income or Mexican bank accounts. So I guess the
final answer is that there is no final answer. FYI: We are filing
the forms this year.

The My Thing of Beauty jewelry collection is a result of morning
walks on East Cape beaches and discovering wonderful gifts delivered
daily from the Sea of Cortes. These found Sea Glass bits and Sea
Shells are combined with faceted glass beads, fresh water pearls and
semi-precious stones to create one-of-a-kind necklaces, bracelets,
earrings & book markers.
I look forward to meeting you, MJ Keehn

BATIK TECHNIQUE: Melted wax is applied to cloth before being dipped
in dye. The beeswax will hold to the fabric and the paraffin
wax will allow cracking, which is a characteristic of batik.
Wherever the wax has seeped through the fabric, the dye will
not penetrate This traditional method of batik making is called
batik tulis.
