  STOLEN ATV:  Reward offered $2500.. Small red atv with a unique hatch at the back. It had IKO and kiteboardingbaja stickers on it so there would be marks on it where they were. Phone Scam Discussion....two more true incidences!

a.  I'm glad you put out about the phone scammers.  We got a call last night saying they were in La Paz, didn't say who they were. Asked Rod how I was. Then the connection went bad but they said they'd be here in 2 hrs. Then hung up.  Just got another call, this time saying my brother was in a fender bender but all are ok. I said I don't have a brother, (that is true) they hung up.  Phone says Private number

b.  I too, rec'd the phoney phone call and luckily had not funds to send to a family member that had just been in a serious accident involving the injury of a small little girl. I did go to XOXO and deposited less than $20US for further minutes on a cell phone that the caller was claiming had no more minutes. I took this number and all the info to the local police this morning and they left immediately to go and investigate. So dear friends beware of emergency calls.

Sun., baseball 10:00 AM, horse races at four, same place as baseball, cock fights at six again same place, Artistic and Flamenco dancing 8:00PM at the new park with skits and a comedy show to follow at 11:00 PM. Mon., nada! Tuesday, Parade, starts at the fountain 8:00 AM and ends at the new park. Soccer at the Ancon 2:00 PM. Have fun!
