Home Gym Strength Training  -  Annalisa has four more spots in her home-gym Strong Bones Program.  Each group of six meets twice a week (Tuesday and Friday afternoons) for one hour. CJ'S New York Deli in San Jose is now open 7 Days a week. Our hours are: Mon to Sat - Breakfast 9AM to Noon and Lunch 11AM to 5:30PM and Sunday - Breakfast and Lunch 8:30AM to 3:00PM We are located across the street from the park that is right below the Mega Store. Look for the Plaza with the light house on top. We are half way up the east side street (which is one way going up toward Mega) and inside the Hotel Marisol.  Say you saw it in the BPE and get a free Ice tea or Limonada with your meal.

a.  Service dog question. This is my first time having a service dog with me in Mexico. I'm more concerned about issues trying to fly out of Mexico.
