The 6th Annual Soles 4 Souls Shoe Giveaway will
be held TOMORROW, Saturday, September 29th, beginning at 7:00 AM at
the Cancha in Los Barriles (on Calle 20 de Noviembre). Many members
of the shoe industry have come together to work with this
organization and provide a variety of brand new shoes in all sizes,
including children's sizes, to those in need. AFTCO has also kindly
donated t-shirts and some other clothing items. Anyone in need of
these items is welcome and volunteers are welcome as well. Shoes
will be given out on a first come, first served basis and wristbands
will be handed out upon arrival. To make sure that everyone can be
accommodated there is a limit of one pair of shoes per person.
Please spread the word to anyone who you think would like to attend!
La Sexta Entrega De Zapatos De "Soles 4 Souls" se llevara a Cabo
el dia de manana, Sabado, 29 de Septiembre, en la Cancha de Los
Barriles (Calle 20 Noviembre) a las 7 AM. Diversos asociados en la
industria del calzado se han unido para la organizacion de este
evento y brindar a la comunidad una variedad de zapatos en todas las
tallas, incluyendo ninos. Asi mismo la empresa AFTCO ha donado
camisetas y otros articulos. Todos son bienviendos a beneficiarse de
esta donacion y tambien se agradeceran los voluntarios para
apoyarnos en este evento. Los zapatos seran entregados conforme a
talla y genero, sin opcion a eleccion de modelo y limitado a un par
por persona, esto con el fin de que absolutamente todos sean
beneficiados y nadie se quede sin un par de zapatos. Se distribuiran
brazaletes a la llegada para una mejor organizacion de la entrega de
sus zapatos y camiseta. Por favor difundan esta invitacion a todos
los que les gustaria asistir.

PET FRIENDLY HOTELS
a. For those that take the ferry, the Hotel Marina in
Toplobampo is a pet friendly motel, they don't even charge extra for
your pets. That's the Hotel Marina in Toplobampo where the ferry
lands at 10pm coming from La Paz. On the way down to the ferry, I
stay at the Best Western Tetakawi in San Carols and they also allow
pets.
b. We have stayed a couple of times now at
the Halfway Inn in Guerrero Negro and they allow dogs. I think there
may be a small additional charge for them. The website is
