With the saddest of hearts we post this message. Our dear friend
and sales agent, Rick Marks, passed away last Tuesday night, April
2nd. He will be truly missed by our office and all his
friends and clients. Our sympathy goes out to his family. There
will be a celebration of his life, the time and place will be

Hola East Capers,
Remember this next Sunday we are hosting the East Cape Mountain Bike
Race 2013, tune up your bikes and get ready, because the track is
challenging and fun. The competition is on Sunday April 14th.
Meeting is at 9am at Cerro de la Bandera (Flag Monument mountain).
Every biker is obligated to bring his own bike in good condition,
helmet, glasses and gloves to compete. There will be categories for
all ages starting at 5 to over 56 years old. So you don’t have to be
an advance rider to compete. For the kids it’s a different track and
shorter course. Sign up cost is $100 pesos. The distance of the race
is 7 Km, and depending your category is the number of laps. The
start and finish line is up by the monument. Awards ceremony will be
right after competition ends. There will be food and drinks for sale
onsite.

There has been multiple
thefts of the main breakers switch in 3 different locations. These
are in the electrical service monuments, generally outside one's
fence line. In our case, the thieves unscrew the two set screws,
pulled the wires out from the breaker and remove the main breaker.
I'm putting locks on the main electrical service boxes. At least the
buggers didn't pull all the wire out the tubes!

starting soon. We are excited to have Jeanette Grittani (better
known as Jeanetti Spaghetti) as our director. If you like to sing

store) for the work. He is courteous, incredibly efficient,
thorough and his English is better than my Spanish. The vehicle
fairly purrs now, and came back home completely washed and vacuumed,
price was super reasonable for all the TLC the truck got. Highly

I brought one with me that was working perfectly until I reloaded
ink @ Costco then the machine says the ink cartridges are empty and
failed . So, I bought brand new ones and the machine still says the
same message. Did I damage the HP printer for good by trying to use
