A good friend recently had some issues with his
Mac Book Pro - sound output was affected. He took it to
the shop while under warranty (2 weeks remaining). The
tech found bugs not digital bugs but real insects. I
don't recommend spraying your computer but remember
those little pests can cause problems. I also have seen
similar issues in Towers.
There is a new "add-on" for Chrome and Firefox
browsers called "Hola" from Hola.org or the Firefox Add-on
Store. That app will allow you to watch Netflix USA,
Pandora and a few other US Media centers. The site plans to
offer more. I have tested it out for two days with good
success. I would not download the stand-alone program.
Most of the tech feed back is mixed. Remember if it doesn't
work in the browser, the add-on's are easier to remove. If
you are happy with Hola, you can hook most modern computers
to modern TV's through an HDMI cable. You will have to
change the "Default" setting for "playback" devices to HDMI
to send the sound to your speakers. Right click on the
Speaker Icon, left click on Playback Devices, highlight the
HDMI and select as default. Remember resolution is
dependent on your available bandwidth.
Take a look at your Documents folder. If you haven't
back-up, it may be the last time you see them. That reminds me,
I haven't done that either since my last posting. I'm starting
right now.

MARKET - Next market is sometime in the
fall!

to Denise and Michelle for organizing a great Los Barriles Community
Market this season. They are a pleasure to work with and provide an
opportunity for local businesses to showcase their food, products,
art, and crafts. They brought local musicians to entertain us and a
big thank you always to Dale for being the DJ and sound man. We look

1) If one has his
or her passport stolen: Get a police Report of the lost by
going to the MP, DA, office in Los Barriles, then go to the
American consulate at the Palmilla`s shopping center to report
the lost of the passport and get a temporary document to enter
the USA, also make get a police teport tions: Get off the ramp
to enter Pamilla Resort, at top of ramp turn right, first
entrance at right to park, the office is located in

2) If you are driving to the USA and do
not have a passport, they will and must let you into the US. It
happened to me three years ago. I showed them scanned copies
but that didn't work. They accepted the US Drivers Lisc. We
also had retired Military ID's. We verified this information
with the US consulate in Tijuana before proceeding to the border
and it worked!!! The Computer Guy
