Save the date!
For the East Cape Sportfishing Club’s 2nd annual
International Sportfishing Tournament on
August 30 and 31 – it’s open
to all! The flyers are up all over town and in La Paz, where
10 teams have already committed to participate. It’s time
for a little friendly competition!
Entry fee is $5,000p (about $400 US)
for up to 4 team members and once again there are some great
prizes and even more bucks up for grabs. There will also be
raffles at the Captain’s Meeting on
Friday Aug. 30 from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.
and at the Awards Ceremony
Saturday night (31) at
8:00. Registration and the
event will be held at the FLAGS bar in Buena Vista across
from the Pemex station.
Saturday there will be a
free fish cookout for all from weighed-in fish and live
music.
