brought to my attention that we should be diligent when reporting
thefts. A robbery usually involves direct contact with a
person. A burglary happens when no one is home.

looking for donations of more yarns, crochet and knitting needles
for our group. So far we have knitted, crocheted caps, booties,

MARKET - Saturday, February 16th
a. LB Community Market is happening! And this Saturday will be
another great morning at the market with Laura and John Benward
singing tunes for all to enjoy!They will start 9:30 ish . The park
is low on shade and seating so-we are asking a few folks to bring
chairs and umbrellas .We have already rounded up a couple of tables
,chairs and umbrellas and a few more would be even better.
Come and grab some breakfast, soup, tamales ,veggies, or munchies
for the big race tomorrow ,listen to some tunes, and enjoy a
Saturday at the market.
b. Los Barriles Community Market News Flash
The park does have permanent restrooms on the north western
corner of the park.It is a blue building with separate mens and
womens sides.They are cleaned every Saturday morning and there
is TP!

Farm-fresh, thick and creamy, Greek-style yogurt --
Thank you to all who came by and tried my yogurt. I am sorry to
those who wanted some but was sold out. This Saturday, I am sending
more with Ace, of Baja Biscuits. This yogurt is very thick, made
with milk from a local farm with grass-fed cows and no hormones.
See Ace for a sample. I am also sending delicious walnut-cinnamon
rolls with a lime-cream cheese frosting. Any questions, e-mail

d. Baja Ha Ha Golf tournament and Dinner is coming! Tickets
are now on sale Saturday, March 16 th. at the East Cape Guild
booth in the Saturday market at the park.
