As I
am now down to the last 5 kilos of the 188 kilos of Maravilla
Organic dark roast coffee beans from Oaxaca, I thought I best advise
those who so enjoy it that this is the last chance to get some this
season. I won't be buying more until Oct. Galeria Los Angeles
in La Casa de Vos, (next door to Caleb's) is still open Tues. thru
Saturday, 10 am until 2 pm. It has
been a great season, thanks everyone!

First off it seems we are snake bit as three
days after the new pump was installed the secondary pump in
another well burned out!! It is being replaced and should be in
operation by this PM. I also had a call from the head man in
SAPA, La Paz, to let me know we have been heard and he is
working diligently to get the problem resolved. Today there is a
crew from La Paz replacing faulty valves and assessing the best
method to provide water to all. We need to be patient though as
this may take a week or so to get the configuration right. I
still would like a week’s record of more or less the times a
week you had water and for how long to get a general idea of the
distribution and yes I know calle Elefante is about the worst
but there are low lying areas in Las Brisas with no water also.
The water report, to be fair, should not begin until tomorrow.

Resort on their USPs. They will spend the night and would love

I like to thank you all neighbors from SPA Buenavista and Los
Barriles for your help and letting our retreat to enjoy the
peaceful of our beach. We had none ATV or vehicles passing in
front of our Hotel during last week and it means a lot for us.
We had such a wonderful event that many of the newcomers fall in
love with our beautiful East Cape and they are planning to come
back. As a thank you in our behalf this next Saturday
(6:30pm-10:00pm) if you like to join us for dinner, the first
drink is on the house. We will have Grill night: carne asada,
