Dog attacks....Last night my son was going
to visit his girlfriend on his motorcycle, he was attacked
by 8 dogs on the road behind Chapitos just above the water
bottling plant.. He has damage to his tendons above one
knee. not good.. I talked with the Comandante of the Police
for an hour today. He said there are many reported attacks
however before he can do anything Announcements need to be
made at the Ministerio Publico, office on the back corner of
the Delegation. The Comandante said with 3 Announcements the
dog owners can be arrested , if the owners can not be found
